Each Sunday we will explore a chakra using mantra, mudra, yoga poses, reiki and holographic healing. Reiki and Aroma therapy will be included . Enjoy Sound Healing at the end of each class then stay for Yogi Tea and community on the patio. This runs every Sunday through December.
